Through LiveChatNow console operators can join other chats, multiple operators can chat with one visitor at same time, one operator can chat with multiple visitors at same time also. Visitors do not see other visitors in chat.

Auto answer lists presets (canned answers) from Preset Library based on keywords found in visitor's questions. Auto answer does not require any operator's action and operator may ignore auto answers results or click on one of Auto answer Presets.
When a customer clicks the chat icon when operator is unavailable customer has opportunity to leave message.
